Anchors and Wishes: How to Manage Texts
An anchor is the text that a link appears as in an article. A wish is an instruction for AI that writes texts. Together, they determine how your links will look from the outside and how naturally they will fit into the content.
How Many Anchors to Specify
Optimally, two to four different options separated by commas. The system will distribute them among cascade publications to ensure the profile does not look monotonous.
- Exact request — "buy sofa Kyiv".
- Extended option — "buy corner sofa in Kyiv cheaply".
- Neutral — brand name, website address, or "more details".
Anchorless Links
If the field is left empty, the link will be anchorless: the text will be the page address or a neutral phrase. Such links are useful for diversifying the link profile, especially if you have already promoted the page with commercial anchors.
Wishes: Global and Per Link
A wish is a textual instruction for AI: tone, style, what to mention definitely, what to avoid. There are two levels:
- Global project wish — applies by default to all new links. Set in the project card.
- Individual link wish — overrides the global for a specific page.
What to Write in a Wish
Specific instructions work: "write in a business tone", "do not use superlatives", "mention delivery across Ukraine", "do not write about prices", "audience — small business owners". General phrases like "do it well" do not affect the result.
How to Check the Result
Ready publications with links and anchors can be seen in the cascade report: there you can also go to each page and ensure that the text is meaningful and that the link is in the right place.
