Terms of Service

1. General provisions

The PromoPilot platform is provided by BuyReadySite.com for automation and management of publications, SEO analysis and promotion.

By using the service, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights for the promoted projects.

2. User responsibilities

Keep your contact information up to date and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Do not distribute prohibited or harmful content.

The user is responsible for the content and legality of the promoted material — see section 8 “Subject matter of promoted material and allocation of responsibility”.

3. Payments and refunds

Balance top-ups are processed through connected payment gateways.

Refunds are possible within 14 days if no promotion has been started with the funds.

4. SEO Tools and Free Tools

PromoPilot provides a set of free SEO tools, including but not limited to:

• Site Audit — technical page analysis
• Index Checker — checking page presence in search engines
• Competitor Compare — comparative website analysis
• Robots.txt, sitemap.xml and meta tag generator
• Page speed, mobile responsiveness, SSL, DNS, headers checker
• Analysis of keywords, backlinks, redirects and social media
• And other tools from the catalog

To use the tools, the user must be registered and logged in.

Free tools have daily usage limits. Limits are set by the administration and may be changed without prior notice.

Data obtained from analysis (URLs, metrics, reports) is stored on platform servers and may be used to improve service quality.

5. Pro Subscription

PromoPilot offers a paid Pro subscription at $29 USD per month.

5.1. Pro Subscription Benefits

• Removal of daily tool usage limits
• Access to white-label report branding
• Priority Support
• Access to advanced tool features

5.2. Duration and Renewal

Pro subscription is valid for 30 days from activation. After expiration, the subscription is automatically deactivated unless auto-renewal is set up.

5.3. Auto-renewal

Users can enable automatic subscription renewal in Pro settings. When auto-renewal is enabled:

• 3 days before subscription expiry, $29 USD is charged from the balance
• If the balance is insufficient, the system will attempt to charge the saved card (if available)
• If the payment attempt fails, the subscription is not renewed and the user is notified
• Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time

5.4. Cancellation and Refund

Pro subscription is non-refundable after activation. The user continues to enjoy benefits until the end of the paid period. Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time.

6. White-label Branding

Pro subscribers can set up White-label branding:

• Adding logo, company name and contact details
• Choose brand color and text for report footers
• Branded data is displayed when exporting reports and audits

The user is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the White-label data provided. Uploaded logos must not violate third-party copyrights.

White-label data is stored on platform servers and deleted when the account is deleted. The administration reserves the right to remove White-label data that violates these terms.

7. Card Storage and Tokenization

PromoPilot uses Monobank tokenization for secure card storage:

• Full card data is not stored on PromoPilot servers
• Only the token and masked card number (last 4 digits) are stored
• The token is used for automatic balance top-up and Pro subscription renewal
• The user can delete the saved card at any time

8. Subject matter of promoted material and allocation of responsibility

8.1. Role of the platform

PromoPilot is a technical tool for automating content placement. The platform is not the author, publisher, advertiser or advertising distributor of the material promoted by the user, does not carry out any legal review of the promoted websites and does not verify whether the user holds the required licences and permits.

The decision on what material to promote, in which markets and at what volume rests solely with the user.

8.2. Regulated verticals

The platform does not prohibit work with regulated verticals, including: gambling, betting and lotteries; financial services, investments and cryptocurrencies; dietary supplements and pharmaceuticals; 18+ goods and services; alcohol and tobacco; loans and microfinance.

Promotion of such material is allowed provided that the user:

• holds all required licences, permits and rights to the promoted material;
• complies with age, territorial and industry-specific advertising restrictions;
• does not violate the law of the country whose audience the traffic targets, nor of the country where the platform hosting the placement operates;
• complies with the rules of the hosting platforms and the requirements of search engines.

The user independently assesses the legal risks associated with their vertical and confirms compliance with the conditions listed above at every launch.

8.3. Unconditionally prohibited material

Regardless of the law of any particular jurisdiction, the following may not be promoted through the platform:

• material related to the sexual exploitation of minors, as well as human trafficking;
• narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, weapons, ammunition and explosives;
• malicious software, phishing, data theft, tools for bypassing security systems;
• forged documents, counterfeit goods, money laundering schemes, pyramid schemes and other fraudulent schemes;
• incitement to violence and terrorism, incitement of hatred on any grounds;
• material that infringes copyright or trademark rights, or that is defamatory.

If such material is detected, the campaign is stopped immediately, the account is blocked without refund, and, where there are lawful grounds, the information is passed to the competent authorities.

8.4. Confirmation of consent at every launch

Launching a promotion is a separate legally significant act: by confirming the launch, the user accepts these terms in their current version and confirms the legality of the promoted material.

For every launch the platform records and stores: the date and time, the account identifier, the IP address, the promoted URL, the version of the terms and the exact wording of the consent shown. These records may be provided upon a lawful request or used to defend the platform’s interests in a dispute.

8.5. Indemnification

The user undertakes to indemnify the platform, its owners, employees and contractors against any losses, fines, sanctions, court costs and legal fees arising from claims by third parties, government authorities or hosting platforms in connection with the content of the material promoted by the user, the absence of the required licences, or the user’s breach of applicable law.

This provision survives termination of use of the service and deletion of the account.

8.6. Right to refuse and to stop

The platform may refuse placement, stop a campaign, take down individual publications or block an account if the material creates a legal or reputational risk or breaches the rules of the hosting platforms. Funds for placements already performed are not refundable.

Some hosting platforms restrict certain verticals on their own. Automatic exclusion of such platforms from the cascade does not constitute improper performance on the part of the platform.

8.7. No legal advice

Nothing in these terms constitutes legal advice. The user independently engages qualified professionals to assess whether promotion of their vertical is permissible in the relevant jurisdictions.

9. Usage restrictions

It is prohibited to:

• Use the platform to create, distribute or promote harmful, illegal or fraudulent content
• Automated (bot) access to tools bypassing the user interface
• Attempts to bypass daily limits by creating multiple accounts
• Reverse engineering, decompilation or attempts to obtain the platform source code
• Transferring account access to third parties

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension without refund.

10. Intellectual property

All platform materials, including design, code, tool names and logos, are the property of BuyReadySite.com.

Rights to user-uploaded content (texts, White-label logos) remain with the users.

11. Limitation of liability

PromoPilot provides tools for promotion and SEO analysis but does not guarantee specific search engine positions.

SEO tool results are advisory in nature. The platform is not responsible for decisions made based on tool data.

The platform is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, maintenance or actions of third parties.

12. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. For material changes, we will notify users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes means agreement with the updated terms.
